Whether it's delicious fresh vegetables, fruits & herbs, mouth-watering home baked goods, or something pretty to display, the list is always changing at the Canal Winchester Farmers Market. We're entering our 25th season, and what better way to start a summer Saturday than to swing by the market where friendly vendors and neighbors alike will greet you as you shop. As a part of a national trend, people are rediscovering the health benefits and fun of buying local independently grown produce and goods! It's important to know that your support in buying locally helps keep the authentic small market tradition alive. So take a moment to slow down, savor the sights, sounds, and tastes of an old-fashioned marketplace. The way it's been done for generations!

Bingo is the first Friday of every month from Noon to 3 pm. Lunch is own your own unless announced otherwise. Please eat before you come or bring a sack lunch.
Running Scared 5K & Community Health Fair - 2024
Enjoy the fall season by joining the Canal Winchester Chamber for the 8th Annual Running Scared 5K and 1-Mile Family Run/Walk at Canal Winchester High School! Grab your costumes and get moving for the best event of the season. We'll have an awesome 2024 race shirt (while supplies last), race bib, and medal for all registrants in both events. This year, our in-person event will take place on October 26th at Canal Winchester High School. We are awarding prizes to the best costumes again. Costume prizes will be awarded to: Adults - funniest and scariest Under 16 - funniest and scariest Additional Event Information Packet Pickup: Early packet pickup details are TBD. There will be race-day pickup available near the start line beginning at 8:30 AM. The race will begin at 10:00 AM. Race Day Timeline: 8:30 AM - Race day check-in and packet pickup begins at Canal Winchester High School (in the parking lot between the high school and the stadium) 9:00 AM - Health Fair Begins 10:00 AM - 5K and 1-Mile start 12:00 PM - Event ends Volunteer: This event needs volunteers to help before, during, and after the event. If you are interested in volunteering, please click on the volunteer tab on the left side of the page. An email will be sent out a few days prior to the event with a location and parking details. Thank you for your interest in volunteering. Become a sponsor: Support the race by becoming a sponsor. We know you understand the importance of maintaining a strong community. That’s why we are offering you this opportunity to become a sponsor of the Running Scared 5K. All money raised benefits future community programming and activities. There are many sponsorship levels and advertising benefits.
