5K + Runner Information
Back for it's 7th year, the Running Scared 5K presented by Nationwide Children's is now accepting runners! Register to run/walk/jog in this fun costume run! Always the last Saturday in October!
With your registration, each runner will receive a participation shirt, medal, runner bib, and personalized referral code.Early packet pickup is still being finalized (check back for more updates). Packet pickup will begin at 8:30AM on race day, and the race will begin at 10AM on Saturday, October 28th.
- Use your referral code and earn back half the cost of your registration fee!
- 5 referrals = $25 refund

We encourage you to wear your favorite costume! We will have gift card prizes for the best dressed! Categories include:
Adults 17 and older: Most scary costume, Most Creative costume, Best group/team costume Children 16 and under: Most scary costume, Most creative costume, Most funny costume
Health Fair Information
Our Community Health Fair sponsored by Diley Ridge Medical Center is back and better than ever for the 2nd year! This event is FREE and Open to the Public! Health Care professionals around our community will be promoting healthy living and performing general wellness assessments. Each booth will provide useful information, giveaways and activities! The Health Fair will be from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the CW High School Cafeteria. Booths will include one table and two chairs.

- Violet Township Fire Department Fire Truck
- Blood Drive by the American Red Cross from 9AM - 2PM (Supporting the BrockStrong Foundation)
- Flu Shot Clinic by the Fairfield County Health Department
- Bounce House
- Face Painting + washable tattoos for kids
- Food & Coffee Vendors

Registration is free for Canal Winchester Chamber members.
Non-member fee is $100.
