This event is open to everyone! 

Event Overview

The Canal Winchester Chamber is thrilled to join forces with Canal Winchester Human Services & My Very Own Blanket for a fun night out that makes a difference! Come on out for our annual Brews & Blankets at Sweet Harmony Canal Wednesday, December 4th from 5PM - 8PM.

The Goal: 100 Blankets! 

No crafting experience? No problem! We’ll have everything you need to create your blanket, including step-by-step instructions to extra hands to help.

Once your blanket is complete, it will be donated to CWHS Adopt - a - Family program spreading warmth and comfort to those in need this winter. This event is the perfect blend of fun, creativity, and community spirit!

Additional blanket kits may be purchased if you'd like to make more than one. 

If you cannot attend but would still like to donate a blanket you can select the "Donate Only" option by using the event registration link. 

Please contact the chamber if you'd like to make/donate more than the amounts available through the registration page. 

The Power of a Blanket

My Very Own Blanket located out of Westerville is an organization dedicated to warming the heart of every child in the foster care system and other children in need with a blanket, to give them a feeling of comfort, security and most of all, a SMILE! Handmade blankets are created through the loving care of volunteers, and distributed to foster youth not just throughout Ohio, but all over the country.
