Non-profit Member Roundtable
The CW Chamber wants to improve its value to existing members by hosting a roundtable for non-profit members where members could address common issues, explore partnerships, and work together to further each other’s missions.
We have scheduled Thursday morning, April 23, 2015, 8:30-9:30 at the Chamber office, located at 5 South High Street, Canal Winchester, to host the Non-Profit Roundtable (with bagels and coffee) to kick off this initiative.
Some possible agenda items and thoughts –
- What are the common issues and brainstorm solutions?
- What resources are needed and how do you get them?
- How can you help each other?
- How can the Chamber help your organization?
- Exploring partnerships inside and outside the Chamber
- Marketing – making use of Chamber tools/benefits to further your mission
- HHS Day of Service – May 16
- Is there something we can/should do to partner with HHS to showcase our members?
- Farmers Market booth
- Would you want to take turns showcasing your organization at the farmers market if the Chamber supplied the space?
- The farmers market has restrictions on who can display (nothing religious) and sold for fundraisers (need pre-approval)
- Education/training – is any needed or wanted, and if so, what?
- Others ideas or topics?
