Bingo at the Community Center
Bingo is the first Friday of every month from Noon to 3 pm. Lunch is own your own unless announced otherwise. Please eat before you come or bring a sack lunch.
Roadside Cleanup
Meet in the Kroger parking lot just south of the gas pumps. We will be cleaning along US 33 and 674 interchange. Please RSVP so we can ensure we get enough bags, safety vests, etc. Dress for the weather, boots are recommended, gloves, maybe sunscreen? You may want to bring a 5 gallon bucket?
Yoga in the Park w/Elizabeth Wood
Connect with nature during Saturday morning yoga classes at McGill Park. Expect slow, flowing movement and breathing practices to build strength and increase flexibility and balance. Walking meditation will be included. Yoga in the Park is offered through the Canal Winchester Joint Recreation District. This is for all levels of experience; options will be provided to tailor your practice. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or blanket. Classes will be led by experienced yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500. ***New this year! Sign up for the entire session or a half-session.
Spring Community Care Day
Human Services is partnering with the high school students to help you get ready for the warm weather. Chores are limited to OUTSIDE work such as weeding, planting flowers, cleaning porches, setting out patio furniture, etc. They will arrive around 9:30 and are available until noon.
