Canal Winchester Public Hearing (Basil-Western Corridor Rezoning)

The Canal Winchester City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall (45 East Waterloo St, Canal Winchester, Ohio) to discuss a recommendation from Planning and Zoning Commission to approve application ZM-23-001 rezoning approximately 48.66 acres of real property located on Basil-Western Rd (PID 042-041220) from Exceptional Use (EU) to Limited Manufacturing (LM). Matthew Schwartz, Attorney, as applicant on behalf of owner Weiser Development Co., LLC. The application is available for public review at City Hall during normal business hours. The public is invited to attend.
